Prabha Energy Re-appoints Executive & Independent Directors

Prabha Energy Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Prem Singh Sawhney as Executive Director for three years and Mrs. Shaily Dedhia as Independent Director for a second five-year term. Both re-appointments are effective from February 20, 2027, and June 27, 2027, respectively, and are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from M/s Mahendra N. Shah & Co. Mr. Sawhney brings over 42 years of experience in hydrocarbon exploration and production, while Mrs. Dedhia continues her role as an independent director.
