Prabhat Tech Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Prabhat Technologies (India) Ltd, now known as Prabhat Entertainment Limited, announced at its AGM on September 30, 2026, the appointment of M/s. Shekhawat & Associates as Secretarial Auditors. This appointment is for a term of 5 consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 18th AGM until the conclusion of the 23rd AGM, expected in 2031. The company also appointed M/s. Harish Arora & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a similar 5-year term and regularized the appointment of Mr. Aakash Vishwamani Tiwari as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. These appointments are in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
