Prabhat Technologies' Resolution Plan Successfully Implemented: NCLT Order

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has passed an order in the matter of Company Petition bearing CP (IB) No. 1874 of 2019. The order states that the approved Resolution Plan has been successfully implemented by the Successful Resolution Applicant. As there are no pending applications arising from the petition, the Court has disposed of the Interlocutory Application (IA (I.B.C.) No. 876 of 2026) and closed the Company Petition. The Resolution Plan Implementation Report dated 05.01.2026 substantiates this successful implementation.
