Prabhhans Industries Board Approves Director Resignation and Appointment

Prabhhans Industries Limited's Board of Directors met on August 1, 2026, approving the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Khurana as Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal reasons, effective the same date.
