Prabhhans Industries Ltd Appoints New Internal Auditor and Secretarial Auditor for FY 25-26

Prabhhans Industries Ltd has appointed Mrs. Parminder Kaur as the Internal Auditor and M/s Vaibhav Sharma & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. The appointment was made at the Board Meeting held on 12.02.26. The company also approved the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The financial results were prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standard 34 ‘Interim Financial Reporting’ and other accounting principles generally accepted in India.
