Prabhhans Industries Ltd to Shift Registered Office to Haryana

Prabhhans Industries Limited announced its Board of Directors has approved the shifting of its registered office from Telangana to Haryana. This move necessitates a consequential amendment to the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA). The Board also approved an alteration to the Main Object Clause of the MOA, focusing on product lifecycle management, particularly for batteries and energy storage systems, and related ancillary services. A previous resolution to shift the registered office to Punjab has been withdrawn. An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) is scheduled for October 30, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for these changes.
