Pradeep Metals Leases Nagpur Land for ₹14 Cr

Pradeep Metals Ltd has executed an assignment deed for the lease of a 33,040 sq meter land parcel in Nagpur's Butibori Industrial Area for a total consideration of ₹14 crore. The land will be used for setting up a greenfield manufacturing facility for precision-engineered defense components. The transaction is considered in the ordinary course of business and at arm's length, with approval from the Audit Committee. Mrs. Neeru Goyal, a Non-Executive Promoter Director, has an interest in the lessor, Dhanlabh Engineering Works Private Limited.
