Pradeep Metals Re-appoints MD & Non-Executive Director

Pradeep Metals Limited announced at its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 7, 2026, the re-appointment of Dr. Kewal Krishan Nohria as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation. Additionally, Mr. Pradeep Goyal has been re-appointed as the Chairman & Managing Director for a term of three years, effective December 17, 2026. Both directors were approved by the company's members. Dr. Nohria brings extensive experience from the electrical and electronics industry, while Mr. Goyal, a metallurgist, founded the company and oversees its strategic direction.
