Pradhin Ltd Appoints New Directors and Secretarial Auditor in AGM

Pradhin Ltd, a company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, held its 43rd Annual General Meeting on 27th December 2025. The meeting was conducted through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. The company transacted several businesses, including the adoption of the audited Statement of Profit and Loss for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the Balance Sheet for the year ended on March 31, 2025. The company also appointed Mrs. Pinky Akash Malik as a Non-Executive Director.
