Pradhin Ltd has received approval from Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for the reclassification of Nandkishore Sonthalia & Nitin Vittalrao Thorave from the ‘Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public’ category. The company had previously submitted an application to BSE for this reclassification on August 6, 2025, but the disclosure regarding the same was made only on September 19, 2025. This delay in disclosure has been viewed seriously by the BSE, and the company has been advised to avoid such lapses in the future.
