NCLT Orders Prag Bosimi Synthetics to Comply with 2016 Order

Prag Bosimi Synthetics Ltd has received an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Guwahati Bench, dated September 16, 2026. The order pertains to execution proceedings initiated by 3A Capital Services Limited concerning 30,00,000 Redeemable Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares (RCCP Shares) valued at ₹30 crore.
