Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd Allots 72,69,566 Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has approved the allotment of 72,69,566 convertible warrants on a preferential basis to various allottees at an issue price of Rs.23/- per warrant. The warrants are convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of the Company within a period of 18 months. The allotment is subject to lock-in restriction as prescribed under Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. The pre-allotment paid up share capital of the Company was 6,99,35,791 and post allotment paid up share capital is 7,72,05,357.
