The company also approved the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 23 to September 29, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM. Additionally, the appointment of M/s G P Reddy & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years up to FY 2029-30 was approved, subject to member approval.
