Prakash Industries Ltd has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with MCA and SEBI guidelines. Members can participate through remote e-voting from September 27 to September 29, 2026. The record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend of ₹1.80 per equity share (18%) for FY 2025-26 is September 16, 2026. The dividend was recommended by the Board of Directors on May 22, 2026.
