Prakash Woollen declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 results

Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the results and noted the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors, which contained no qualifications. The Board also recommended the reappointment of Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta as Whole Time Director and approved the notice for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 25, 2026.
