Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills Ltd has entered into an Inter Corporate Loan Agreement with Martco Exports Private Limited on October 05th, 2026. The agreement is for a temporary financial accommodation of INR 50 Lacs, with an interest rate of 9.00% and a tenure of 6 months, extendable by mutual decision. Martco Exports Private Limited will act as the lender. The transaction is not considered a related party transaction and does not involve any special rights for the lender.
