Pranav Constructions Limited has formally adopted and submitted its Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The code, updated to Version 2.0 and adopted on August 16, 2025, aims to ensure timely and adequate disclosure of UPSI, maintain transparency, and prevent misuse of sensitive information.
