Praruh Technologies Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026. The company reported a significant surge in performance, with revenue from operations reaching ₹8,406.23 lakhs (₹84.06 crore), a 378% increase year-on-year. EBITDA grew by 482% to ₹1,133.66 lakhs (₹11.34 crore), with the EBITDA margin expanding to 13.49%. Profit after tax (PAT) saw a substantial rise of 733% to ₹818.43 lakhs (₹8.18 crore). The management highlighted strong growth momentum, ongoing pursuit of large-ticket opportunities, and a strategic shift towards becoming an AI-driven solutions provider with proprietary software development. The company aims to improve profitability and advance its OEM ambitions, with priorities including expansion across India, strengthening capabilities in defence, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.
