Prashant India Ltd Completes Sale of Textile Division Land & Building to Shantilon Poly Private Limited

Prashant India Ltd has completed the sale of N.A. Industrial Land & Building of the Textile Division situated at Palsana. The sale was registered with the office of Sub-registrar, Palsana in favor of Shantilon Poly Private Limited. The transaction was approved at the 4214 Annual General Meeting held on 28.06.2025. The total consideration amount is 310 crore, out of which 1 crore was received by the Company on 31.03.2025, and the remaining 39 crore was received in tranches prior to the registration of sale deed. The Directors of the buyer belong to the promoter group of Prashant India Ltd.
