Prataap Snacks Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Board Committees, effective immediately, following a change in chairmanship. Mr. Apoorva Kumat has been designated as the new Chairman of the Company. The reconstitution impacts the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, and CSR Committee.
