Pratik Panels to Raise ₹40.25 Cr via Rights Issue

Pratik Panels Ltd's board approved raising up to ₹40.25 Cr through a rights issue of equity shares to eligible shareholders. The board also approved the Draft Letter of Offer (DLOF) for submission to BSE Limited for in-principle approval. A Rights Issue Committee was formed to decide on the record date, issue price, and other terms. Intermediaries, agencies, and bankers will be appointed for the issue.
