Pratiksha Chemicals Ltd Amends MOA to Include New Business Areas

Pratiksha Chemicals Ltd held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on February 20, 2026, where members approved a special resolution to amend the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA). The amendment involves altering the main object clause to incorporate a wide range of new business activities. These include IT services, trading of IT products and laminates, debt recovery, trading of gold and precious metals, manufacturing and trading of laminates and furnishing materials, agri-inputs, agricultural machinery, and agricultural commodities. The existing other object clause (C) has been deleted. Directors and the Company Secretary are authorized to implement these changes.
