The company confirmed that it has intimated and disclosed all information required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable regulations. Praveg further stated that there is currently no pending announcement or information considered price-sensitive, nor any proposal or discussion within the company or before the Board of Directors that would necessitate disclosure under SEBI regulations.
