Praxis Home Retail Ltd: Appointment of New Directors and CEO

Praxis Home Retail Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Ravi Venkatraman as an Independent Director and Mr. Shashwat Nigam as a Director and CEO. Mr. Nigam, a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience in the BFSI sector, will serve as CEO and Whole-time Director for a term of three years. Mr. Venkatraman, a Chartered Accountant with over four decades of experience, will serve as an Independent Director for a term of five years. The appointments are based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the approval of the Board of Directors and shareholders.
