East India Drums sets Sept 21, 2026 record date for AGM

East India Drums and Barrels Manufacturing Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has fixed September 21, 2026, as the record date for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 45th AGM is scheduled for September 28, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Board also approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the Board's Report for FY 2025-26. Notably, the Board decided against declaring any Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 22 to September 28, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM and to determine entitlement for the final dividend for FY 2025-26.
