Precision Electronics Board to meet on Aug 12 for Q1 FY27 results

Precision Electronics Ltd has informed that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The main purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This intimation is in accordance with Regulation 29 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Furthermore, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed for all Designated Persons until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.
