Precision Wires: FY26 Revenue ₹5410.18 Mn, PAT ₹1552.68 Mn

Precision Wires India Ltd's board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹5410.18 million and a profit after tax of ₹1552.68 million for the year ended March 31, 2026. A final dividend of 55% (₹0.55 per share) was declared. The board also approved the re-appointment of internal and cost auditors, changes to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and the re-appointment of the CFO. Additionally, the company secured an unsecured working capital facility of ₹190 crores from RBL Limited and a secured working capital facility of ₹350 crores from Axis Bank Limited.
