Premco Global Submits Revised Audited Results for FY26

Premco Global Ltd. has submitted revised audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The revision was due to an inadvertent administrative error where the digitally signed audit report was not visible after the initial submission on May 11, 2026. The revised results, including the properly merged digitally signed audit report reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors, have been submitted to the BSE. The board meeting commenced at 3:45 P.M. and concluded at 4:45 P.M.
