Premier Capital Services declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Premier Capital Services Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Nitin Arvind Oza as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the company has scheduled its 43rd Annual General Meeting for September 16, 2026, to be held via Video Conference.
