Premier Capital Services Ltd Authorizes Key Managerial Personnel for Materiality Determination

Premier Capital Services Ltd has announced the authorization of Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) in accordance with Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The KMPs are authorized to determine the materiality of an event or information and make disclosures to the stock exchange. The authorized KMPs are Mr. Rajendra Mungar - Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Deepali Dubey - Chief Executive Officer, and Mrs. Mansi Birla - Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer.
