Pumarth Infrastructure Sells 33.16% Stake in Premier Capital

Pumarth Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, a promoter of Premier Capital Services Ltd, has disposed of its entire 33.16% stake, comprising 1,22,89,780 equity shares, through an off-market transaction. The sale was executed on September 11, 2026, pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated February 14, 2025. The shares were acquired by Mr. Hitesh Kothari (5%), M/s Hitesh Kothari HUF (9%), and M/s Hargo Enterprise Private Limited (19.16%). This transaction significantly alters the shareholding structure of Premier Capital Services Ltd.
