Premier Energies Appoints S.S. Zanwar & Associates as Cost Auditors

Premier Energies Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. S.S. Zanwar & Associates, Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditors for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. This decision was made during the Board Meeting held on August 06, 2026. The meeting also covered the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the notice for the 31st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 21, 2026, proposals for fundraising up to ₹5,000 Crores via QIP or other modes, re-appointments of Chairman and Managing Director, and reconstitution of the Risk Management Committee.
