Premier Energies Commissions New 1.2 GW TOPCon Solar Cell Line

Premier Energies Limited has announced the successful commissioning of its new 1.2 GW TOPCon solar cell manufacturing line at Fab City, Hyderabad, Telangana. The new line is capable of delivering solar cell efficiencies exceeding 25%, and the advanced 16-busbar architecture enhances power density and ensures superior energy yield under real-world conditions. The commissioning supports Premier Energies’ strategic roadmap of high-efficiency, vertically integrated manufacturing, aligning with the Government of India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat. Premier Energies is a leading player in solar manufacturing with a total manufacturing capacity of 11.1 GW, including 6 GW under construction.
