Premier Energies Declares Interim Dividend of ₹0.50/Share

Premier Energies Ltd announced an interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (50% of face value) for FY 2026-27. The record date for this dividend has been set as November 11, 2026. The company also approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board noted the approval for a ₹5,947 crore project by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited, to set up a 10 GW Ingot and Wafer Manufacturing Facility in Andhra Pradesh. Phase I of this project, with a 5 GW capacity, is expected to be completed by December 31, 2027. The interim dividend will be paid on or before December 3, 2026.
