Premier Energies Invests in HeliosAnthos Energies for Joint Venture with BA Prerna Renewables

Premier Energies Ltd has approved an investment in HeliosAnthos Energies Pvt Ltd to set up a joint venture with BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited. The joint venture company, HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited, will undertake Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for renewable energy projects including solar, wind, BESS and hybrid projects. Premier Energies will hold 51% equity stake along with management control, while BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited will hold the remaining 49% equity stake. The joint venture company is a newly incorporated company with an authorized share capital of INR 1,00,00,000 and a paid-up share capital of INR 10,00,000.
