Premier Energies Ltd. Approves Q3 Financial Results, Appoints New CHRO, and Plans 7 GW Solar PV Topcon Cell Manufacturing Expansion

Premier Energies Ltd. announced the outcomes of its Board meeting held on October 28, 2025. The company approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025. Mrs. Niyathi Naidu Madasu was appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Premier Energies Group. The company also plans to augment its Solar PV Topcon Cell manufacturing facility at Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh to 7 GW with a marginal investment of INR 502 crore. The capital expenditure will be spread over FY 2026-27 and financed through internal accruals.
