
Premier Energies to Invest in HeliosAnthos Energies for Joint-Venture in Renewable Energy EPC Projects
Premier Energies Ltd, at its board meeting on 09 February 2026, approved an investment in HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited for setting up a joint-venture with BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited. The joint-venture company, HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited, will undertake Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for renewable energy projects including solar, wind, BESS and hybrid projects. Premier Energies will hold 51% equity stake along with management control, while BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited will hold the remaining 49% equity stake. The board also approved the extension of the long-stop date for the acquisition of 51% equity stake in Ksolare Energy Private Limited and deferred the acquisition of the balance tranche of Equity shares in Transcon Ind Limited.
