Premier Energy: Shri Housing Shareholding Increased by 5.24%

Shri Housing Private Limited, a promoter of Premier Energy and Infrastructure Ltd, has had its shareholding increased by 5.24% due to the reversal of invocation of pledge. 21,66,380 equity shares were re-transferred to Shri Housing Private Limited by Ms. Sita Srinivasan, a public shareholder. This re-transfer resulted in Shri Housing Private Limited holding 32.08% of the company's total shareholding. The shares were re-transferred on May 12, 2026.
