Apollo Micro Systems Limited has announced an Open Offer to acquire up to 1,39,77,911 equity shares of Premier Explosives Ltd, representing 26.00% of the total equity share capital. The offer price is ₹698 per share, with an additional ₹7.65 per share for applicable interest, bringing the total consideration to ₹986,35,12,898 (₹9,863.51 Crores). Cumulative Capital Pvt Ltd, acting as the Manager to the Open Offer, has submitted the Pre-Offer advertisement to BSE in accordance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
