Apollo Micro Systems launches ₹975 Cr open offer for Premier Explosives

Apollo Micro Systems Limited has announced an open offer to acquire up to 1,39,77,911 equity shares of Premier Explosives Ltd, representing 26% of the total equity share capital. The offer price is set at ₹698 per share, valuing the total transaction at approximately ₹975.66 Crores. This offer is payable in cash. Cumulative Capital Pvt Ltd is acting as the Manager to the Open Offer. The Draft Letter of Offer has been submitted to BSE, and the final offer is subject to SEBI approval. This move is in accordance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations.
