Premier Ltd: CoC Meeting Rescheduled to Dec 12

Premier Limited, the corporate debtor, has provided a post-facto intimation regarding its Twenty-First Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC). The meeting was originally scheduled for Thursday, December 11th, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. but was rescheduled and subsequently held on Friday, December 12th, 2025, commencing at 12:00 P.M. and concluding at 2:00 P.M. This update is in continuation of an earlier intimation dated October 31, 2025, and is made in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
