Premier Synthetics Ltd Enters MoU with Sunsky Seals Pvt. Ltd for Managing Business Operations

Premier Synthetics Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sunsky Seals Private Limited, a private limited company engaged in manufacturing polycarbonate plastic seals. The MoU contains terms and conditions to manage and supervise the business operations related to manufacturing of polycarbonate plastic seals of Sunsky Seals Private Limited. The agreement is domestic in nature and the consideration will be in the form of commission payable on a quarterly basis. The estimated consideration for F.Y.2025-26 is Rs. 55 lacs.
