Prestige Estates Projects Acquires 100% Partnership Interest in Apex Realty Ventures LLP

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has acquired an additional 40% partnership interest in Apex Realty Ventures LLP, a real estate development company, through its wholly owned subsidiary. This acquisition, completed on July 22, 2025, has made Apex Realty Ventures LLP a wholly owned subsidiary of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. The consideration for this acquisition was a cash payment of Rs. 0.4 Crore to repay the capital balance of the retiring partner. Apex Realty Ventures LLP had a turnover of Rs. 724.08 Crore in the year ended March 31, 2025.
