Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, a leading real estate company, has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries, Stellar Builder Dynamics LLP and Stellar Envision LLP, on January 8, 2026. Both subsidiaries are incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, to carry on the business of real estate development. The total contribution in both LLPs by the partners is INR 100,000/- each, with INR 1,00,000/- contributed by the company and its subsidiary in each LLP. Both subsidiaries are yet to commence their business operations and are related parties of the company. The acquisition does not fall within related party transaction(s) and no governmental or regulatory approvals are required for the acquisition.
