Prestige Estates Q1 FY27: ₹65,793 Mn Residential Pre-sales

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd reported a strong operational performance for Q1 FY27, with residential pre-sales reaching ₹65,793 million on sales volume of 6.04 million sq ft across 3,337 units. Hyderabad led sales with 49%, followed by Bengaluru (27%). The company launched four new projects totaling 20.16 million sq ft developable area and completed three projects covering 4.37 million sq ft. The commercial portfolio saw 1.5 million sq ft of gross leasing, with exit rentals at ₹7,560 million. Retail GTO grew 18% YoY to ₹7,370 million, with footfalls at 5.2 million. Hospitality also showed healthy performance. The company is confident of a stellar performance for the year, with upcoming marquee launches.
