The project spans approximately 14.6 acres with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹6,000 crore and a developable potential of over 5 million square feet. Located near Kolshet–Balkum Road, the development will offer a mix of residences and retail, catering to diverse homebuyers and creating a convenient live-work-shop environment. This initiative marks a significant expansion for Prestige Group in the dynamic Thane market, leveraging robust infrastructure development and sustained housing demand. The collaboration combines Prestige's extensive experience with a local developer's market knowledge, aiming to set new benchmarks for integrated urban living. The project will be developed in phases, subject to regulatory approvals.
