This collaboration involves deploying Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud) and the Autodesk AEC Collection across Prestige Group's entire enterprise. The aim is to accelerate digital transformation in real estate development, enabling enterprise-wide digital execution, integrated project delivery, and sustainable development across its diverse portfolio. The partnership will standardize on Autodesk's Design and Make platform, fostering a unified ecosystem for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Prestige Group will also implement advanced 4D and 5D capabilities, integrating design, scheduling, cost, and execution workflows, positioning it among the first global developers to do so at this scale with Autodesk technologies. This initiative is expected to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and project control for future growth.
