Prestige Group Sets New Sales Record with INR 21,040 Cr in FY24

Prestige Group, India's leading real estate developer, reported record-breaking sales of INR 21,040 Cr for FY24, marking a 63% Year-over-Year (YOY) growth. The company saw a 21% YOY growth in quarterly sales to INR 4,707 Cr and in collections to INR 23,474 Cr. The highest ever annual area sold was 20.25 mn sft and the number of units sold reached 10,068. Prestige Group also achieved the highest average realization at 710,410 psf. In FY24, the company launched a total of 40.19 mn sft, up by 52% YOY.
