Prevest Denpro Appoints Auditors for FY 2026-27

Prevest Denpro Ltd has appointed Internal, Cost, Secretarial, and Statutory Auditors at its meeting on May 27, 2026. M/s. NKM and Associates is appointed as Secretarial Auditor, M/s. PAN and Associates as Cost Auditor, M/s. VNB and Company as Internal Auditor, and M/s. ADV & Associates as Statutory Auditor for a 5-year term, subject to member approval. The appointments are based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
