Pricol: AGM Cut-Off Date Set for July 29, 2026

Pricol Ltd's board has fixed July 29, 2026, as the cut-off date to determine shareholders eligible to vote via e-voting at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 15th AGM is scheduled for August 5, 2026, via video conference. The interim dividend paid during the year will be considered as the final dividend for FY 2025-26. Mrs. Vanitha Mohan resigned as Chairman, and Mr. Vikram Mohan was appointed as Chairman & Managing Director. Ms. Madhura Mohan and Mr. Siddharth Manoharan were appointed as Executive Director and Group Executive Director, respectively. Mr. G. Sivagurunathan was re-appointed as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27. The board approved additional corporate guarantees of up to ₹150 Crores for Pricol Precision Products Private Limited.
